2020. It’s been a difficult year. Is that an understatement? If it is, or if it isn’t, what’s for sure is that it’s been the same for every business. We’re no different to any other in that respect. Like everyone else, we’ve faced challenges that have seen us adapt our processes and how our team operate. And we’ve even adapted our product offering.
But thanks to our wonderful customers supporting us, the quite simply brilliant people here, and a courage and determination to get through this, whatever it takes, we’ve continued to move forward.

With a fierce belief in our staff, we committed to being there for our customers however, whenever they needed us. So we maintained the very best service, the very best quality and offered the products they needed. This commitment meant we invested in plant & machinery, providing our customers with the very latest cutting-edge technology thanks to installing a brand new digital production press and digital die-cutter. It’s also meant we’ve adapted to offer existing and new customers quick access to PPE and covid safety materials. As well as meeting their print requirements. And we built a brand new e-commerce site in just two weeks.
Helping the community.
Alongside this, we wanted to offer as much help and support as we can to people throughout the coronavirus pandemic. So we’ve provided free of charge the design and print of 350k leaflets to local and national charities helping the vulnerable and elderly. And using our website, we’ve made available free downloads supporting the NHS and key workers, tips on working from home, tips for maintaining good mental health.

But none of this would have been possible without the unstinting efforts of the whole KNP team, and the strong partnerships we’ve built with out customers. So, with a sense of pride about the team at KNP and the support we’ve received from clients, we entered the Suffolk Business Awards 2020. Entering was just one way to say ‘thank you, because of you we felt we could do this’.
And today, we’re delighted to share that we’re one of the 4 finalists in the Small & Medium Business category. We’re absolutely over the moon. For each and every team member. For each and every customer.
The awards take place in November. And our congratulations go not only to the 3 other finalists who’ve made it this far, but to all the Suffolk Business Awards 2020 finalists in all the categories.
If we don’t win, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that what makes KNP KNP has really come to the fore during challenging times. And every KNPer can feel proud that who they are and what they do has contributed to helping other businesses keep fighting and helped members of the public who need it.
