We know the impact printed marketing materials, using different finishes, can deliver to your clients, customers and associates. And how opening a gorgeous piece of direct mail (read more about our direct mail printing services here), holding something that’s finished exactly right, or leafing through a brochure or an exquisite ’coffee table’ book, can generate an emotional reaction. Using our experience and knowledge of design and print, we deliver creative solutions that represent your brand just the way you want, and help you make connections.
So if you’re looking to add that extra something to your project like metallic inks and spot varnish, or if you’re want to print on specialist or heavier, more luxurious paper stocks, then litho printing helps you deliver the right impression.
For instance, we worked with one of our clients on litho printing an event brochure which incorporated die-cutting the design, gold foiling, spot varnish and even gold wires. The end result was really something special – take a look here.
What is Litho printing?
Litho (short for lithographic) printing refers to a process where we print your leaflets, brochures, magazines, packaging and more using ink (ours are vegetable based to remove harmful chemicals from the process) which is applied to a series of metal plates. It’s a process typically used for larger quantity orders because our litho printing machines are capable of printing high volumes. In fact, our printing presses run 24/7 so we’re able to offer you the quickest turnaround times.
Along with using vegetable based inks, we recycle all our chemically free metal printing plates. It’s just part of our commitment to the environment.
The latest technology
Everyone here is committed to providing you with printed products of the highest quality, which is why we invest heavily in the latest printing technology. Our Heidelberg B2 10-colour litho presses can meet any of your printing requirements – whether that’s large quantities, a quick turnaround or complex designs. And we use the most up to date computer to plate (CTP) technology to achieve the finest single or multiple spot, or process, colour and the best in colour accuracy. All our presses are fingerprinted to ensure consistently high quality is maintained for every job we complete.
