We’re delighted to share some news with you today about a fresh appointment – a new KNP Director of Sales. It’s a significant change that sets us up to help all our customers receive an even better service. And it’s something that’ll open up further opportunities for growth.

What’s more, it’s really pleasing to announce that Graham Taylor has been promoted from within. He also steps up to join the leadership team in the newly created role.

Evolving the business

For over 15 years, we’ve helped our clients succeed by delivering sustainable solutions. Solutions that minimise their impact on the environment and help clients reduce theirs. Whether that be brochures, leaflets, Direct Mail or door drops, large format, POS, signage or event branding. But what’s kept us at the forefront of the print industry for so long has been our commitment to evolving and adopting technology to offer a comprehensive range of complimentary services that make our clients lives easier.

And today we deliver on-demand print, connected print, virtual print together with digital asset management solutions that help clients protect their brand, control their costs and simplify their processes.

The newly created senior position is an important strategic move for KNP as the appointment helps continue the evolution of our business and creates a clearer structure and clarity of direction within the sales team. It enables us to put greater focus on growing new client relationships.

As we look to expand, Graham has been charged with ensuring customers and new clients are able to succeed in their objectives by benefitting from the wide range of products and services we deliver. Solutions that offer more choice, more value, more creativity and more wow. And make their lives just that bit easier.

Graham has already been with KNP for 3 years and has 16 years print sales experience. 7 years of those as a Sales Director. So he brings both an intimate understanding of what makes KNP tick and vast experience leading sales teams within the print industry.

On the appointment, our MD Dave Gibbons had this to say:

I’ve been putting a structure in place that better positions KNP to meet the needs of our customers not only now but in the future. This role is pivotal in that structure and Graham was the ideal person. The industry experience and print knowledge he has, together with his natural leadership skills made him the obvious choice.

But we don’t want to hear from him do we? No, we want to hear from the man of the moment himself. So without further ado, here’s what Graham has to say:

To say I’m excited is an understatement. KNP’s goal of being the juncture between print, data and mail is one I’ve bought into, and in my new role I’m excited to deliver on that goal.

I’ve worked here for three years, and I’ve seen how being driven by innovation is what’s enabled KNP to stay at the forefront of our industry. My new position gives me the remit to build on KNP’s profile whilst continuing to energise our sales force in communicating what is a compelling offering, and open doors to new clients.

To be honest, the retention of clients, and the long-lasting relationships we have, never fails to amaze me. It’s this foundation that cements our standing and will help open those doors.

I’m at a company where everyone motivates each other, and the work ethic is simply inspiring. So I’m excited to harness the strong team already in place to marry the sales force together, improve the customer experience, increase productivity and drive the business to new heights.

Very exciting times ahead indeed…
