We’ve got an announcement we’re very, very happy about. In fact, we feel like kings. It involves a Crown Commercial Service Supplier agreement but first, let’s briefly talk about trust.
Trust is vital to any relationship
It’s a biggie isn’t it, trust. If not the one thing you want from your relationships (whether that’s at work or outside of work), it’s absolutely 100% up there as one of the most important things for any partnership to be a success. Trust involves sharing information, having open communication and relying on others to do what they do to the best of their ability. Without trust you’ve definitely got little chance of building long term business relationships. And you’ll struggle to form a partnership that’s beneficial for all sides. It’ll be about as strong as a well-dunked biscuit.
Basically, without trust, you’re on shaky ground. So it’s been a cornerstone of how KNP work since day one. And it’s why elsewhere on our site you’ll see phrases like ‘getting it right matters, whatever it takes’ or ‘we deliver what we say we will, when we say we will, how we say we will’.
Crown Commercial Service Supplier
So why have we been talking about trust before our announcement? Because this pre-amble on trust helps explain why, we’re delighted to say, we’ve been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) print agreement. If you don’t know, Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve the maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. Goods and services including print. And in 2019/20, CCS helped the public sector achieve commercial benefits worth over £1bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
To have a Crown Commercial Service Supplier print agreement is something we’ve worked hard to achieve and we’re excited to now have it in place. It was a rigorous process, as it should be. To ‘pass the test’ and satisfy all their standards is something we’re proud of. CCS have a huge responsibility to the taxpayer across a vast remit, so they need to work with suppliers who’ll deliver value together with the best possible quality. For that to happen there needs to be trust.
There you go, that’s where the trust thing comes in!
And that’s why it’s so important to us. We’d like to think being ISO9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO27001 (Information Security Management Systems) certified helped demonstrate they can trust us.
Re-assurance for all
To know CCS place their trust in us to deliver print is rewarding. But it’s also re-assuring for our other customers, and for you. It’s a statement about how we work and what we put into delivering the best possible job each and every time. If they trust us…
Give us a shout to talk about your next print job. Then trust us to deliver it.
