We’ve got some more news for you about more exciting things taking shape at KNP.

Technology moves at such pace these days. Business needs continue to evolve. And we know we can’t stand still. Because if we do, customers new or old won’t receive the best possible products and services. To make sure that doesn’t happen, we constantly look at how we become a better business, and identify ways to serve more customers like you. So you get the print and mailing solutions you’re looking for to help your business thrive.

Which is why it’s pleasing to share with you the latest piece of news that helps us on the road to better.

Some of you may know of Fuller Davies, the Ipswich based print & mailing business of 30 years standing. We’ve been in discussions with them over their future. And it’s pleasing to say we’ve reached an agreement that sees the brand emerge from administration.

Fuller Davies is a long-established print & mailing name widely known throughout the East Anglia business community. Unfortunately, the business, like many over the last 3 years, was hit by the impact of Covid-19, rising materials & utilities costs, and bad debt.

Commitment to East Anglia.

Whilst ensuring the name continues, the deal strengthens our operations and commitment to the businesses of East Anglia. And enables more customers to benefit from the end to end print and mailing services we provide.

On talking about the acquisition, our MD Dave Gibbons said: “This is a significant time for everyone at KNP. We’re chuffed the Fuller Davies name is now part of our family. They’re a business we’ve known and worked with for several years. They’ve done a lot of great work for many companies in the East of England and beyond. But most importantly, they share our values, deliver outstanding service and quality, and go that extra mile for their customers. So when the opportunity arose I was keen to make it happen, and help secure jobs as part of the deal.”

Dave continued: “Our aim is to build on Fuller Davies past reputation and provide customers in East Anglia with the kind of comprehensive service that meets their needs through high-quality, cost-effective print & mailing solutions, and at the same time makes their lives easier. We’ve seen just how much pressure our customers are under, and how little time they have. So, if we can make their lives easier whilst delivering cost-effective quality, we’ll build long-term relationships.”

Shared beliefs.

Both KNP and Fuller Davies customers won’t see any difference in their relationship. The reason they won’t is because KNP and Fuller Davies share the same ethos, the same beliefs and the same commitment to sustainability, quality and service. For any deal to happen, those attributes and ambitions were non-negotiables when we looked at integrating Fuller Davies into the KNP family.

In fact, Fuller Davies existing customers will see a difference, a positive one. The move substantially bolsters their capabilities, enabling them to offer their customers a complete, end to end print and mailing service that capitalises on our industry leading printing technology and sustainable products.

This should be a wonderful new beginning that carves out a bright future for the Fuller Davies brand. And importantly, help more East Anglian businesses access the products they need to thrive and grow.
