About the role: Customer Service & Telesales
We’re looking for a Junior Customer Service & Telesales team member to join us at our Bury St Edmunds HQ. Working on-site you’ll play a key role in making sure our customers feel supported, valued, and looked after – whether that’s helping with day-to-day queries, following up after a job, or spotting opportunities to help give them more of what they need.
This is a great role if you’re starting your career in customer service or sales, or looking to step into the technology driven print world. You’ll be given full support and training, with real prospects to grow your career with us.
What you’ll be doing
- Communicating with customers to keep them informed and supported
- Following up with clients after delivery to make sure they’re happy
- Spotting opportunities for additional sales geared around helping customers meet their print needs
