We recently attended the highly recognised 2024 Digital Printer Awards, an industry event run by the well-respected Digital Printer publication. We attended because we’d entered our own KNP “Keen As Mustard” direct mail campaign in the Best Marketing Collateral award.
And I’m chuffed to say that we won! There were some absolutely fantastic pieces in the category so it was a tough one to get!
Awards wins are great, but more importantly they say something to everyone. They aren’t just about self congratulations. Awards say you’ve done something to a high standard, something that’s effective, something that helps deliver success. So they offer a level of trust and provide confidence for others.

Our goal was to create a brochure experience that wasn’t just a piece of marketing material but a true reflection of our journey, values, and vision in print. The challenge was on to craft something ‘out of this world’ that’d stand out not only for its aesthetics but also in its storytelling, capturing the essence of who we are.
From our beginnings to where stand today, the idea was to take our customers on a journey through our past to the accomplishments and ambitions that define our present and who we are, and show the potential to create opportunities for you in the future.
‘Keen As Mustard’ is us sharing a story that we hope resonates deeply, helps build trust in the KNP name, makes it memorable, and convinces you we’re the best choice you could make for your print partner. All using the power of print.
Not too much to ask for then!
How we did it.
To bring ‘Keen As Mustard’ to life, we used our very own Xerox Iridesse digital press. By leveraging the Iridesse’s capabilities, we incorporated shimmering metallic effects, vibrant colours & vivid hues, and intricate detail, pushing the boundaries of digital printing to create a brochure that truly stands out from the rest. And the judges agreed.
The result is part of what we call ‘welcome to more’; a hint that there’s more than meets the eye, more than you’d expect, and more you can do to create the impact you desire. It’s also more than just a promotional tool – it’s our storybook that reflects our journey, our identity, our passion and our ambitions for the future in print.
